We work a 37.5 hour week but value flexible working. Some of our employees choose to start their day earlier and others later. Some weeks are longer, others shorter. As long as you are available during core hours then we trust you to get stuff done.

It really depends on the role. You'll find most of us in the office as we believe that we're our most creative when we're in the office together. However, we do support some working from home.

Bouldering, pizza, chess and chilli growing are currently favorite social activities within the team. We also have 3 work dos each year: a strategy away day, birthday bash and festive meal.
